What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 2-3 days to process your order and then 7 business days to deliver to you.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.

Where are you located?

We are located in Valgelon-La-Rochette in Savoie, France.

Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?

Yes, after sending your parcel, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: info@decovin.fr and we will send you a replacement item as quickly as possible.

Where do you ship your products from?

We are located in Valgelon-La-Rochette , France . Our workshops are in the region.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes shipping can take longer than expected due to the number of orders. You can however track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course process the payment, provided that the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
